CVSensor LLC is an independent distributor of current and voltage sensors and related products manufactured by LEM, Vacuumschmelze (VAC) and CRRC. CVSensor LLC is not an authorized distributor, agent, or representative of LEM, VAC, CRRC and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these companies unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All product names, brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes to describe the products we distribute.
3. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and stock information on this site are accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, error-free, or up to date. 6. Disclaimer of warranties
CVSensor LLC provides its own limited warranty against manufacturing defects on products purchased through this site. If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect within 5 years of delivery for LEM and VAC sensors and 1 year of delivery for CRRC sensor, CVSensor LLC will replace the product, subject to verification of the defect. This warranty is limited to product replacement; refunds are not offered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, incorrect application, unauthorized modification, normal wear, or damage occurring after delivery due to causes outside CVSensor LLC’s control. The buyer is responsible for return shipping of the defective product unless otherwise agreed in writing; CVSensor LLC will cover shipping of the replacement. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, remain separate from and in addition to this warranty and are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms. Except for the warranty stated above, this site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose regarding the website itself.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CVSensor LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on information contained on it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Export compliance
Products offered through this site may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations.
