- Request a quote - Send us your part number or application details by email, or submit a request through our website form.
- We confirm and invoice - Once availability and pricing are confirmed, we issue an Invoice for your order.
- Payment - Standard terms are payment before shipment. We accept wire transfer, ACH and Zelle.
- Shipment - Once payment is received, your order ships promptly from our Seattle, WA warehouse.

Delivery
We ship via all major carriers, with the method and delivery timeline selected based on your order size, destination, and urgency. Orders ship from our Seattle, WA facility, with nationwide and international delivery available.
International orders
International orders ship Ex Works (EXW) from our Seattle, WA warehouse. The buyer is responsible for arranging freight and all duties, taxes, and fees from the point of pickup. Contact us to coordinate your shipment.
